Job Responsibilities:
1. Provide follow-up services and deliver comprehensive pre-sales and after-sales guidance and support.
2. Proficiently use the company’s products to resolve customer inquiries and issues;
3. Work closely with relevant departments and coordinate communication;
4. Maintain customer relationships and develop new customers.

Job Requirements:
1. Willing to travel for business; honest and trustworthy; hardworking and resilient; with relevant experience in the pulp and paper industry.
2. Possess strong adaptability, verbal expression, and communication skills;
3. Strong ability to promote, maintain, and coordinate with clients; familiar with customer service processes.
