【Job Responsibilities】
- Participate in R&D activities within the laboratory;
- Assist the R&D team in completing the R&D tasks for relevant projects;
- Record, analyze, and summarize experimental data; prepare an experimental report; and propose improvement measures to optimize the experimental procedure.
- Complete other R&D-related tasks assigned by superior management.
【Job Requirements】
- Master’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering and Technology, New Materials, Chemistry, or a related field;
- Possess at least one year of relevant work experience and be familiar with the fine and specialty chemicals, chemical fibers, petrochemicals, textile printing and dyeing, electronic chemicals, and other related industries.
- Passionate about experimental R&D, analytical thinker, courageous in tackling challenges, and able to stay focused and dedicated to product development.
- Proficiency in experimental techniques such as polymerization, emulsification, and synthesis; candidates with relevant project experience are preferred.
- Possess strong teamwork and communication skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment;
