1. Strong hands-on skills and at least 3 years of experience in mechanical equipment-related work;
2. Possess a solid understanding of product design, testing, and quality control, and be proficient in 3D modeling.
3. Responsible for the design of mechanical equipment and for guiding and supervising the production process;
4. Possess strong communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and problem-solving abilities; demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility and a meticulous work ethic.
5. Preference will be given to candidates who are proficient in TIG welding and have relevant experience.
