Bagasse pulp

Bagasse pulp is a very good raw material for pulp molding products. Sugarcane bagasse fiber is used in the production of pulp molded tableware products.

Bagasse pulp is made from bagasse and is chemically or biologically pulped to produce bagasse pulp. Bagasse pulp can be wet or dried and pressed into pulp sheets. In the wet state, the bagasse pulp is added with water and configured into a pulp of a certain consistency directly for pulp molding, while the pulp board is broken up by a pulper and then added with water and configured into a pulp of a certain consistency for pulp molding. The pulp is supplied to the pulp molding machine at a certain consistency. The pulp is formed, shaped, and trimmed in the pulp molding machine to form the molded product.

Sugarcane bagasse fiber is medium-length fiber, which has the advantages of moderate strength and moderate toughness, and is currently the most suitable raw material for pulp molding products, so bagasse pulp products are currently the most widely used. At present, most of the tableware products use bagasse fiber, and some high-end cell phone tray, cosmetics packaging also use this raw material.

The origin of bagasse pulp is all over the world, such as Thailand in Southeast Asia, Colombia, Mexico and Brazil in America, Iran in the Middle East, Guangxi and Yunnan in China. Sugar cane is the raw material for sugar mills, and bagasse is originally the waste of sugar mills, but many sugar mills have established bagasse pulp mills to make pulp from bagasse to supply paper mills and pulp molding mills. With the development of pulp molding technology and market, many bagasse pulp mills have started to extend their industry chain to pulp molding products, and they purchase pulp molding equipment to establish pulp molding product plants.
